Actress Gwyneth Paltrow and celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal are expected to attend at a tourism event in Hobart next month.Tasmania’s Museum of Old and New Art is hosting 80 of the world’s most influential food writers and 200 leading chefs for the Restaurant Australia gala dinner.
