As the snowfall in the north-east of U.S. is subsiding there are threats of flooding from rain and melting snow this weekend.
There are chances that buildings may collapse when the rain arrives as heavy snow on the roof may cause the buildings to topple off . The state authorities too remain paralyzed due to the heavy snowfall and there is not much that they would be able to do.
