Adoptive and Foster Children Treated to a Holiday Party at Denver International Airport

Treated to a Holiday PartyFor the 13th consecutive year, today Denver International Airport’s (DIA) airlines, concessionaires, contractors, consultants and employees hosted a holiday party for 50 children who currently are in foster care or receive support from Denver Human Services (DHS). Denver City Council President Chris Herndon, Councilwoman Debbie Ortega, DHS Executive Director Penny May, Denver Division Fire Chief Angela Cook and DIA senior staff joined at-risk foster youth, foster families and volunteers from the airport community for the holiday celebration.
